Free Business Diagnostic™ Terms & Consent
Alfa Rising Business Solution™ (A brand of Kkey 2 Innovative Business Technology Private Limited) diagnostic terms, scoring boundaries, user consent, and data protection practices.
1. Purpose, Scope & User Acknowledgement
The Free Business Diagnostic™ is a preliminary decision-support tool offered by Alfa Rising Business Solution to help founders, business owners, and executive leaders identify operational challenges, readiness gaps, and strategic growth opportunities.
Preliminary Decision Support: The Diagnostic is not a credit bureau score (CIBIL/Experian), statutory audit, loan sanction, business valuation, or investment guarantee. Final lending and funding decisions remain strictly with independent capital providers.
User Acknowledgement: Users confirm that the information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge and agree to Alfa Rising processing data to generate diagnostic results in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collection & Scoring Methodology
The assessment collects high-level business profile indicators (turnover ranges, industry sector, operational challenges, capital objectives).
- Data Minimization: The free diagnostic stage does not ask for internet-banking passwords, PINs, card details, or sensitive banking credentials.
- Weighted Scoring Logic: Assessment scores reflect proprietary ARBRA™ readiness indicators to evaluate operational, financial, and strategic preparedness.
- Report Authentication: Generated diagnostic reports contain a unique Diagnostic ID marker confirming legitimate origin from Alfa Rising systems.
3. Report Boundaries & Service Transition
Diagnostic outputs provide tailored advisory recommendations. Completing the Free Business Diagnostic™ does not obligate the user to purchase any subsequent paid engagement (ARBRA™ Deep-Dive, CMA/DPR preparation, or Capital Advisory).
4. Data Privacy, CRM & Consent Permissions
Diagnostic records are securely transmitted to Alfa Rising CRM for follow-up and advisory support. Detailed diagnostic data is kept confidential and is never automatically sold or transferred to external advertising platforms.
Capital-provider introductions are conducted under separate explicit client authorization at the formal transaction stage.
5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All question banks, scoring logic, ARBRA™ methodologies, report layouts, and branding are the protected intellectual property of Alfa Rising Business Solution.
These Diagnostic Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
